Enrollment Coordinator

The Enrollment Coordinator plays a critical role in working with new Medicare Part D member clients to determine eligibility and perform various enrollment activities. The position requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention.

Requirements

• Understanding of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes
• Understanding of basic healthcare terminology and definitions
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
