Technical Chief of Staff (to the CTO)

We are hiring a Technical Chief of Staff to the CTO to act as a force multiplier for our technical and product organization. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent execution skills, and ability to communicate complex systems end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Strong technical background in computer science, engineering, sciences, or related field
• Ability to understand and communicate complex systems end-to-end
• Excellent execution skills, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and proactively propose initial solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
