Provide supervision, guidance, boundaries, and directions to residents. Assist with planned activities and maintain safety and security. Demonstrate patience, tolerance, and flexibility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or any Human Services field (highly preferred)
- Associate's degree with at least 1 year experience working with youth (accepted)
- Highschool Diploma or GED with 1 years of experience working with youth (accepted)
- Must pass all pre-employment background clearances
- Must pass a physical and a drug screening
- Ability to demonstrate basic oral, written, and verbal communication
