
Job description
This position is responsible for delivering APLL commitment to key and complicated customers, meeting day to day operations requirements of the customers. The role assists customer service supervisor and team lead in vendor seminar program (VSP) and implementation of Vendor Logistics Program.
Execute established processes, audit measures, and customer service requirements. Problem resolution, cost savings, and profitability are key responsibilities. Periodic review of costs and revenue, and identifying service gaps to enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to continuously identify service gaps and implement solutions. The role requires a strong relationship with vendors and customers to maintain and protect company business.
