Job Description
This Process Associate role focuses on delivering data services, specifically DQA or DG, to ensure customer supply chain information is efficient and accurate. Responsibilities include report completion, gap analysis, data reconciliation, contract reviews, and monitoring of shipment data. The role requires proactive data tracking and resolution of discrepancies with concerned parties.
Requirements
- Timely, weekly & monthly DQA reports for customer data.
- Closing the gap of missing events for DG customers.
- Regularly abstracts shipment data from system.
- Reconciling discrepancies internally and externally.
- Validating accuracy and timeliness of EDI events.
- Tracking shipment milestones and reporting missing events.
- Collaboration with the Logistics Analyst (LA).
