Job Description
APM Terminals is seeking an Equipment Manager to lead the Port Elizabeth Modernization Works Equipment implementation process. The successful candidate will have experience in port equipment, modernized E-RTG's systems and controls, and related industrial infrastructures architecture. They will be responsible for managing the equipment delivery, proposing the final technical setup, and ensuring alignment with legal, union, and EPA grant requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in port equipment, modernized E-RTG's systems and controls, and related industrial infrastructures architecture
- Expertise in container terminal field with traceable and successful hands-on new equipment delivery management record
- Good understanding of project management, change management, and escalation processes
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to motivate peers and reports
- Fluent in MS office and fluent in English
