- Lead and manage multiple Inside Sales Managers and their teams (total team size 50+ members)
- Own revenue targets for SMB and Mid-Market employer segments across new business, renewals, and upgrades
- Drive adoption of APNA’s job posting credits, database access, recruiter tools, and value-added hiring solutions
