SabPaisa is seeking a Business Development-Zonal Sales Manager to lead the zonal sales team and achieve overall sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software solution selling, preferably in E-Governance solutions. The role requires strong communication and team management skills, analytical skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Report to the CBO
