Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operational, or complex business environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
