Manager, Human Resources

The Manager, Human Resources will lead strategic and tactical HR support for the Operations team, partnering with leaders to deliver effective people strategies, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The role will also oversee employee relations, performance management, and human resource processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of generalist work experience in Human Resources
• Supervisor experience preferred
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
