HR Manager

HR Manager role at Apogee Architectural Metals, responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, delivering day-to-day HR services, and partnering with business leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent, structure, and culture to execute today and scale for the future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing, operations, or complex business environments
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing HR professionals
• Experience supporting unionized workforces strongly preferred
• Knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
