Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing, operations, or complex business environments
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing HR professionals
- Experience supporting unionized workforces strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change
- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
