Job Description
HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR in a growing company, responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance, and building scalable HR practices and developing strong leaders and teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience (wealth management or professional services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar)
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and people-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
