Staff Product Designer

Apollo.io is hiring a Staff Product Designer to craft the future of their product. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can navigate the intricacies of SaaS products and deliver user-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products.
• Expert systems thinking skills.
• Experience in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B domains is a strong plus.
• Expert design instincts and best practice knowledge to translate user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
• Voracious learner with a focus on customer experience and driving core metrics.
• Experimentation-oriented with experience conducting user interviews and analyzing results.
• No big ego and a shared understanding of the team's goals.
