Retail Manager - Ontario & Atlantic Territory

The Manager, Retail Ontario & Atlantic is responsible for leading day-to-day sales execution across both regions, managing a team of approximately 10 Sales Representatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of national retail programs at the pharmacy level within the accountable territory.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or Science or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Bilingual (French) an asset
• Strong/effective planning and organization skills, coaching skills
• Must be flexible, reliable, goal oriented and take initiative
• Must be able to deal with ambiguity, make decisions based upon imperfect information, and thrive in a hyper-competitive marketplace.
