Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional to serve as our Payroll and Benefits Specialist in the accounting department. The Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll and employee benefits across a multi-program, multi-site human-services agency.
Requirements
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- Experience with benefits administration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet firm deadlines
