Job Description
APPARATUS is seeking an experienced Retoucher to join their Art Department. The role involves managing a diverse scope of work, executing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring the APPARATUS ethos is articulated with precision across all brand channels and touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in art, digital imaging, photography, or similar discipline.
- 5+ years retouching professionally within the interior design, agency, luxury or fashion sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing elevated digital imaging and retouching.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and punctual.
- Experience gaining consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Critical thinker who can anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One and Lightroom.
- Skills and knowledge of Photography, Fine Art, Illustration, Decorative Arts and a curiosity toward new digital and analog mediums is a bonus.
