Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the overall store operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves operations such as store administration, inventory control, sales strategies, and security.
Requirements
- Implement, within own store, any changes in administration procedure positively and effectively
- Ensure high standard of visual merchandising and maintenance
- Maintain the leave of the staff
- Manage schedules for salesperson work hours, vacations and days off
- Conduct corrective action / progressive discipline
