Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for increasing business revenues by developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized operating procedures across all stores. This role involves managing sales, recruiting/training staff, overseeing operational costs, ensuring adherence to company policies, and performing store design projects. The manager will also support brand participation and monitoring of inventory.
