Job Description
This Store Manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving financial targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market. Key responsibilities include financial management, staff supervision, sales target achievement, and security implementation.
Requirements
- Drive the store team to achieve the store target and store KPIs.
- Ensure store shrinkage to be less than 0.2% of the cost of sale.
- Conduct regular financial and stock audits.
- Update and maintain the VM standards.
