As an Account Manager Associate at Broker Online Exchange, you will be a part of our sales team. You will manage brokerage partners and advisors, building strong relationships with these partners, and assisting them with everything they need from pricing and contracting to helping aspiring partners learn the industry.
Requirements
- Build and manage a high-performing broker portfolio
- Own the day-to-day management of your broker accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brokers
- Support the pricing and contracting process
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of suppliers, products, pricing structures, and broker operations
- Identify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Assist with special projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve partner experience, or support departmental initiatives
- Maintain organized, detailed records in a fast-paced environment
- Become proficient with internal software tools and platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Participate in occasional travel, meetings, or hosted events to strengthen partner relationships and deepen market understanding
