Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong administrative and follow-through skills
- Positive, professional, and supportive attitude, with the ability to create an encouraging environment for partners and peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs
- A sense of ownership and accountability, consistently ensuring assigned responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team, contributing to a supportive and high-performance culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to organize data, track activity, and support operational processes
