Job Description
AppDirect is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to handle various accounting functions efficiently while maintaining clear and consistent communication across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong experience in accounting operations, with familiarity in vendor management and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in accounting software such as NetSuite; experience with Google Drive and JIRA is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
