Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product management for enterprises.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; any practical experience will also be considered.
- Full-domain product management experience, including defining the roadmap, prioritization, deployment, and adoption.
- Experience deploying platform features such as integrations, authentication systems, user management, APIs, or shared services for multiple teams or products.
- Ability to manage priorities and make compromises based on customer feedback, commercial context, and data to balance immediate needs and platform longevity.
- Experience collecting customer and internal feedback to gather impressions, validate hypotheses, and ensure that solutions meet real problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain decisions, compromises, and project progress related to products to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, define performance metrics, and measure impact.
- Collaborative spirit and desire to help other teams improve their productivity and create better products using shared platform capabilities.
- Experience working on Salesforce or product development on this platform, including a good understanding of its data models and workflows (bonus).
- Experience improving integration pathways, distinguishing the most ingenious ideas, and reducing product or feature profitability timelines (bonus).
