Job Description
AppDirect is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a creative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking
- Proficient with the leading industry software - especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable designing presentation slides - especially in Google Slides
- Experience in AI creative production for aiding in prototyping, image creation or editing, animation, video production, design systems, etc.
