Senior Technical Consultant

Appian is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. The role involves working with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and developing others, experience leading small teams, and a basic understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.

Requirements

• Passion for mentoring/developing others
• Experience leading small teams through post-sale software implementation
• Excellent communication skills, passion for technology and continuous learning, and affinity for asking ‘why’ and solving the right problems
• History of success on cross-functional teams
• Experience building products using agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, and SQL skills
• Knowledge of software testing practices, integrations, and cloud computing platforms
