Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and business process reengineering.
- High proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Practical experience applying innovation frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence customer experience through process transformation.
- Knowledge of Change Management techniques and experience participating in research and innovation processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1+)
