The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are successfully implemented with a heavy focus on technical integrations, managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and related technical workflows during the onboarding process.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions)
- Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with complex systems
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling technical configurations and implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear internal communication and consistent follow-up
- High level of accountability and ownership over tasks and deliverables
- Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
