The Integration Specialist will own the technical side of new client implementations, managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and related technical workflows during the onboarding process. They will be responsible for troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring all systems are configured and functioning correctly.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions)
- Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.)
- Experience with Postman and AI tools (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with complex systems
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling technical configurations and implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear internal communication and consistent follow-up
- High level of accountability and ownership over tasks and deliverables
- Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
- Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST
- Experience in a remote work environment with self-reported KPIs
