Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) - iPhone

Apple is seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) to drive the development of key mechanical manufacturing processes across the company's worldwide supply base. The MDE will be responsible for developing end-to-end manufacturing and process solutions for key design features, including manufacturing process development and capability, equipment selection, and supply chain management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time mechanical manufacturing experience
• BS, MS, or PhD in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
• Demonstrate hands-on mechanical ability
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Experience with highly cosmetic parts and manufacturing environments
• 25% domestic and international travel required
