As a Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on optimizing our sales processes and technology solutions, leading end-to-end projects, and enhancing our events management capabilities.
Requirements
- Lead and manage strategic programs and projects within the Sales Business Transformation portfolio
- Partner with sales leaders, marketing teams, operations, and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and elicit detailed requirements
- Translate high-level business objectives and detailed requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and user stories
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Work closely with engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations
- Support change management activities, including developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies
- Define key performance indicators and success metrics for projects
- Ensure all projects and solutions align with the broader Sales Business Transformation strategy and Apple's overall business objectives
