Software Development Engineer - Test, Customer Systems

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the quality of Apple's customer support experience, focusing on consistent functionality, performance, and stability.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in software quality assurance testing
• Expertise with tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Protractor, Appium, XCode, Charles, Git etc.
• Proficiency in one or multiple languages such as Python, Java, Swift, Ruby etc.
• B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar or equivalent related work experience
• Experience testing iOS native and Safari-based web applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practical experience integrating automated tests for continuous feedback
• Attention to detail
• A passion to get the little things right
