Subject Matter Expert (SME)-Coating

This role focuses on ensuring new product designs are manufacturable, high-quality, and cost-effective. Responsibilities include early engagement with product development, fixture design approval, yield rate improvement, resolving reliability issues, driving coating technology development, failure analysis, and overseeing coating line transfers.

Requirements

• Academical background in Chemistry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields.
• Good verbal communication and e-mail / report written skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Plastic / Metal coating process engineering.
• Able to frequently travel out to on site handle the suppliers both in China domestic and overseas.
