US-Technical Specialist

As a Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers while generating excitement for Apple's products and services. You will develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and repair processes to deliver exceptional service and empower customers to get the most out of their Apple products.
