Field Service Technician - Grayling Cadillac TC West Branch

Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role, servicing and maintaining office equipment at customer locations, providing exceptional customer service, and representing Applied Innovation with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of office equipment, including multifunction devices
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
