Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our growing legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will help scale our corporate governance function, lead key strategic transactions, and partner closely with our Finance Team and senior leadership on a broad range of high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience at a leading law firm and in-house at a technology or high-growth company, with a primary focus on corporate, M&A, capital markets, and/or securities matters
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, transactions, and general corporate law for late-stage private or public-ready companies
• Experience advising on securities and capitalization matters, such as equity plan administration, tender offers, and investor rights and communications
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and an ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice
• Excellent judgment, a high degree of ownership, and comfort operating in an environment of rapid growth and evolving priorities
• A license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing with the relevant bar
