We are looking for Technical Recruiters who have strong closure skills and can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk. The role involves utilizing AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve overall productivity & efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and through other creative sourcing channels
• High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly
