Assembled is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own recruiting across engineering, product, and design. This is a high-leverage role that will shape the company's recruiting function and help define what great recruiting looks like.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience closing technical roles for startups
- Full-cycle technical recruiting expert
- Closer: can sell company stage, mission, equity, scope, and pace against more established brands
- AI-pilled: genuinely excited about how AI is changing recruiting and have already started putting it into practice in your day-to-day work
- High-velocity and detail-oriented: move quickly, communicate clearly, and don’t let details drop
- Data-driven operator: comfortable managing searches through metrics without losing the human side of recruiting
