Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to an Executive, including routine and daily issues/requests, calendar maintenance, research and data analysis, typing and composition of documents, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Executive's priorities and business practices
• Ability to execute special research and data analysis tasks
• Skill in using appropriate software for typing and composing documents
• Good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives
• Ability to lead a team and provide subject matter guidance to junior team members
