Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business units including: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, assisting with the planning and execution of events, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Attend meetings as needed, take notes, gather action items, and ensure follow-up
- Create presentations, collect and prepare information to use in discussions/meetings
- Lead and support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Act as point of contact and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external partners
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Organize and drive onsite/offsite team building activities and events
- Assist budget monitoring ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
