Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, assisting with event planning and execution, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administration experience
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant to a high-level executive
• Proactivity, anticipate needs, foresee issues, and provide solutions
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Hebrew
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a customer service-oriented approach
• High level of confidentiality and professional judgment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
