Job Description
The Facilities Specialist IV is a senior, hands-on facilities role with a primary focus on commercial/industrial plumbing systems and overall facility maintenance. The role works independently, serves as a technical resource for others, and coordinates contractors as needed.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Plumber License (Journeyman or Master, commercial/industrial)
- 7–10 years of facilities maintenance experience with a strong plumbing focus
- Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working independently in an operational environment
