Job Description
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at Applied Materials. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping HR strategies and priorities to align with the business unit/function strategy and changing needs. You will collaborate with managers to conduct organizational and talent assessments, develop talent strategy and pipeline, and implement change management and communication strategies. You will also partner with COE and HR Ops to deliver HR initiatives and leverage tools and systems to perform analytics in support of business strategy.
Requirements
- Collaborate with manager to shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities
- Conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipeline
- Design and implement change management, communication and engagement strategies
- Actively partner, coach & develop managers and executive leadership
- Leverage tools and systems to perform analytics in support of business strategy
