Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Significant leadership responsibilities as a strategic HR Partner
- Experience in organization design and development
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools and systems
- Prior success leading high performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees
- Good Business English skills
