Job Description
We are seeking a Materials Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Materials Project Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting and communicating engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers, and participating in the Materials Core Team to coordinate product development process deliverables.
Requirements
- Forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers
- Participate in Materials Core Team and coordinate product development process deliverables
- Support creation, release, and update of new project materials strategy
- Participate in commercialization (transition) materials plan
- Assist in supplier price and delivery negotiations
- Utilize preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers
- Complete supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts
- Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)
- Generate and publish Key Process Indicators (KPI)
