Requirements

• Supervise employees involved in production and operation functions
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements
• Participate in operational meetings and support performance metric development
• Ensure timely response to operations issues and conformance to customer/vendor requirements
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Manage personnel development, performance, and employee selection processes
• Support production capacity optimization and process improvement initiatives
