• Supervises employees involved in production and operation functions
• Prioritizes production schedules based on available manpower and equipment efficiency
• Participates in operational meetings and supports performance metric development
• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction
• Oversees employee safety and training
• Develops personnel and manages performance management process
• Supports analysis of production capacity optimization and implements Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives
