Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Management Manager to supervise employees, prioritize production schedules, and ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- More than 6 years of experiences in a semiconductor/ electronics/ equipment manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of fab operations, process integration, and advanced manufacturing systems (MES, SPC, APC).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success in leading large teams and driving operational improvements.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing tools.
