Operations Management Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• More than 6 years of experiences in a semiconductor/ electronics/ equipment manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of fab operations, process integration, and advanced manufacturing systems (MES, SPC, APC).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven success in leading large teams and driving operational improvements.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing tools.
