Operations Management Manager

We are seeking an Operations Management Manager to lead our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee production and operation functions, prioritize schedules, and ensure timely response to operations issues. They will also be responsible for employee training and development, performance management, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Supervises employees involved in production and operation functions
• Prioritizes production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements
• Participates in operational meetings and supports the development and tracking of organization performance metrics
• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction
• Oversees the prevention of employee accidents and injuries
• Develops personnel to include training and career development
• Manages the employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes
• Supports the analysis of and plans for maximum production capacity optimization
