Operations Management Manager

We are seeking an Operations Management Manager to supervise employees involved in production and operation functions, prioritize production schedules, and ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Supervise employees involved in production and/or operation functions
• Prioritize production schedules
• Participate in operational meetings
• Support the development and tracking of organization performance metrics
• Oversee the prevention of employee accidents and injuries
• Develop personnel to include training and career development
• Manage the employee selection, hiring, reward and discipline processes
• Support the analysis of and plans for maximum production capacity optimization
• Identify process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities
