We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of HR initiatives that improve employee and manager experience through technology, process optimization, and disciplined execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, or waterfall, with the ability to apply them in a real-world delivery environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a structured or PMO-led environment
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes (e.g., hire to retire), and how technology supports these processes
- Experience with Workday or other HCM systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Interest in HR technology, enterprise systems, or digital transformation
